2. Description of Service

Sonic Heal is a web-based sound healing and frequency mixing tool for wellness and relaxation purposes. The service provides access to frequency tones, bowl sounds, nature ambience, and related audio features.

3. No Medical Claims

IMPORTANT: Sonic Heal is NOT a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

This service is provided for wellness, relaxation, and personal practice only. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice. Do not use Sonic Heal as a substitute for professional medical care.

4. Guest Access

You may use Sonic Heal as a guest without creating an account. Guest access provides full playback capabilities but does not include preset saving or other member features.

5. Account Registration

To access member features such as preset saving, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

6. Subscription and Billing

Pricing

Sonic Heal offers a subscription at $9 per month with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.

Free Trial

Your free trial begins when you complete checkout. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract audio algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse or overload our servers
• Scrape or extract content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and audio synthesis algorithms in Sonic Heal are owned by us or our licensors. Frequency values (e.g., Solfeggio numbers) are traditional knowledge in the public domain.

You retain ownership of any custom presets you create. By saving presets to our service, you grant us a license to store and display them to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonic Heal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Modifications to Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
